What we do
We produce cast polyurethane mouldings for use across various industries including farming, quarrying, mining, boating and water treatment.
Polyurethane is a hard-wearing, abrasive resistant material that makes an ideal replacement or substitute for products traditionally made of rubber.
We produce a wide range of polyurethane products that are used across multiple applications. These include polyurethane wheels, rollers, conveyor scrapers as well as pipe lining, pump lining, valve components and bespoke products manufactured to order.
Our history
Jobel Engineering Ltd was incorporated in 1976 and we’ve been operating out of our current location in Hewaswater since 2003. We’ve been producing cast polyurethane products for almost 50 years.
Our facilities
We carry out all our casting and polyurethane moulding on site.
Our facilities also allow us to do all our metal work, tooling, lathing and finishing on site. This ensures that our products are all produced to the highest standards.
We offer a quick turnaround time of 2 to 3 weeks on most jobs but this can often be brought forward for small or urgent jobs.
For larger jobs, e.g. refurbishing sections of pipe or large vintage wheels, we can arrange both pick-up and delivery.
